HAULIN’ OATS
Haulin' Oats is a four-piece Country Music party cover band, based out of the greater St. Louis, MO area. Made up of Junior Johnson Sr. on Lead Vocals, Scooter Hawkins on Guitar, Emerson Walker on Bass, and Lee Adams Jr. on Drums.
These four gents met at a Rhubarb Pie Eatin' contest at the “Cowboy Boots & Country Roots” County Fair. They all entered the contest and sure enough tied for first place. At the ribbon ceremony, with some assistance from their closest friends Jim Beam and Jack Daniels, this quartet of big buckled brothers formed an instant lifelong bond. As fate would have it, during the ribbon ceremony the loudspeaker was blasting "You Make My Dreams (Come True)" … and thus the band name was formed.
What Haulin’ Oats bring to the stage is a high energy, crowd engaging, boot stomping show playing hits from across multi-decades of popular Country Music Artists. So, ya'll cowboy up and watch yourself a Yellowstone Marathon … slip on your rhinestone jeans … crack open a cold one and grab your memaw and head over yonder to a Haulin' Oats show. You'll be happier than a tornado in a trailer park.
